Since my last visit to ATY I have done 6-100 milers, 2-24 hr. , 1-48 hour and a six day race. I also enjoy shorter races and do 20 to 30 marathons and 50Ks a year.For "speed work" I do 5 and 10Ks , about 30 a year. Some weeks I do more than one race doubling up on marathons etc. I have finished a marathon in every state twice and I am working on the third time. I should do my 200th marathon by August 2007.I started running in 1995 at age 49.
